Villas of Tuscany

The Villas of Tuscany is a gated community comprised of 30 single-family homes located in the northwest corner of Arkansas Lane and Park Springs Boulevard in Arlington, Texas 76013. The neighborhood has a home owners association administered by a volunteer board of directors who are responsible for maintaining a safe, clean, and friendly environment for all residents.

Annual association dues provide weekly lawn care services for all homes, and cover common area expenses associated with the maintenance and upkeep of a gatehouse, the entry/exit gates, all neighborhood streets and lights, along with the perimiter walls. Dues are reviewed and approved annually, and payment can be made annually, semi-annually, or quarterly.

The website contains a copy of the bylaws and covenants associated with being a resident of the Villas of Tuscany.
